Trichinosis is a food-borne disease caused by eating raw or undercooked meat that is infected with a microscopic (tiny) parasite called Trichinella spiralis成人香蕉视频app. Animals such as pigs, dogs, cats, rats and many wild animals (including fox, wolf, and polar bear) may be infected with the parasite. When humans eat infected pork or wild game meat that has not been properly cooked, they become infected.
